Is there a general Facebook Like button for the forum that I can't see?  I notice there is for individual posts.

Thanks for the input Sam, let's hope more people join and start posting! Will create a down the pub section too, thanks for the idea  :)

I think getting these things going is the hardest task; once you've got people regularly posting it'll take on a life of it's only. Fingers crossed!

My suggestion, how about a "Down the Pub" style section, for general discussion not necessarily related to the outdoors?

I'd suggest a weekly (or regular) newsletter with links highlighting the stuff that's being discussed. If you can perhaps do this on FB too, I think you'll get the most interest.

Thanks Damian.  If you scroll down the home page there's already a section for that but I'll add in a job adverts section so people can post jobs and links to jobs they have seen on the web.
